      Huge work and very important. Definitely need to train it all. Never get too comfortable. And BJJ needs to evolve!

      I got a sweet Gi and should jump in but my knees hate BJJ these days.

        Definitely agree on that. Jiu Jitsu was created to be the art of war and war includes strikes,bites and everything. We can refine it to a sport or a gentle mma sparring but dont forget Helio Gracie showed techniques like breaking someones fingers if he is grabbing you on your throat and that is for sure a DQ in sport BJJ ( :D) .
