@danielsaori, These are the Initiatives which keeps alive the Engagement and still in perspective of users we are very less and no matter what more effective engagement adds so much value, if not all then to some good extent effective engagement is important in perspective of Retention Rate. Well said, and I like the mix of your words in bold. Initiatives, Engagement, Retention Rate. All very important for the Steem community.
If the foreseen positive effects of HF21 will materialise it should be a great incentive to produce quality content. "shitposts" will no longer earn anything and big SP holders will earn more from curation. So quality posts will be needed to grab the attention of the curators, and curators need to seek out those posts to increase their own rewards.
