Even when sleeping you can look ahead

I would love to apply the following tips before your daily writing exercise, and enjoy how much more and more ideas and thoughts come to you.

If you recently joined the Total Transformation I have linked days 1-27 below. Each day can be used alone, or follow the days for total transformation. But if you only take one thing from this, the most important step is to take the time to write each day. Set your time for ten minutes and write it down. Usually you will find you continue long after longer for you in the vicinity.

Scents are powerful. Use this to your advantage by utilizing essential oils. Lavender relaxes. Cedar helps with focus and removes mental fatigue. Citrus like lemon and grapefruit rejuvenates and energizes. You can also use your favorite essential oils as a signal to tell you're brain it's time to write.

school should have a aftercare centre as it is very difficult to let the child go home alone in this era we are living in.

The other reason is there are special teachers who do this in the afternoon so that children can do their homework and you as a parent are not worried about your child. But there should be some very good rules for this centre. Remember this child has been at school until at least 2 o’clock in the afternoon.

eating and having some play time at school, they must do their homework. It is the teacher’s job to see that every child does his or her homework on their own. But that does not mean that they cannot ask for help. Teachers should make sure that all the homework is done neatly, correctly and help when help is needed.

you feel the same as I do because we do not always have a choice. But that does not mean that these children have to feel lost or less loved. If you find out from your child when you have a conversation after school that something is bothering them write a note to the teacher at the aftercare centre, I am sure she will do her best to try and fix it.

So if you have to work do not feel sad or bad you are doing it for your child and that is the most important thing of all. I hope you have a wonderful day from me.

They lay their eggs in the water and 'metamorphosis' take place from then up to when it is an adult. Metamorphosis is a big word that means change. As you saw in the video, there are different stages and changes that a frog goes through before it becomes and adult frog.

The tadpole looks a lot like a fish and it even has gills before it develops lungs when it is a frog. A frog uses it nostrils to breathe in, but more than half of the oxygen it needs is taken in through the skin.
