Publication of the day: The pedagogical projects of the classroom and the evaluation. (by @guada1)
The teaching and learning process and, therefore, the evaluation, can not be separated from pedagogical practice. The teacher must create and promote the right conditions for the child to develop their knowledge and relate to being, knowing, doing and living together.
For this it is necessary to consider the previous experiences that the child, as a way to establish the bridge between what he is learning and what he already knows, leads him through debate, exercise and comparison with the production of knowledge for life and for society.
El proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje y, por ende la evaluación, no pueden ir separados de la práctica pedagógica. El docente deberá crear y propiciar las condiciones adecuadas para que el niño logre construir sus conocimientos y relacionarlos con el ser, conocer, hacer y convivir.
Para ello es necesario considerar las experiencias previas que el niño, como vía para establecer el puente entre lo que está aprendiendo con lo que ya conoce, conduciéndolo a través del debate, la ejercitación y la comparación a la producción de saberes para la vida y para la sociedad.
The pedagogical action on the part of the teacher must foresee the articulation of the interactive processes. All constructive activity developed in the classroom supposes the presence of the social game. This process is complex and unpredictable, so there can be no talk of planning. However, we must have a north or an address as a guide or reference, which is why we focus our attention on "classroom projects", as a dynamic and propitiating way of learning and permanent search for things, events or situations.
La acción pedagógica por parte del docente debe prever la articulación de los procesos interactivos. Toda actividad constructiva desarrollada en el aula supone la presencia del juego social. Este proceso resulta complejo e impredecible, por lo cual no puede hablarse de una planificación. Sin embargo, debemos tener un norte o una dirección como guía o referencia, por lo cual centramos la atención en los “proyectos de aula”, como forma dinámica y propiciadora de aprendizaje y de búsqueda permanente de cosas, hechos o situaciones.
A project is an in-depth investigation of a topic that is worth studying. The research is usually carried out by a small group of children within a class, sometimes by the entire class, and sometimes by a single child. The key feature of a project is the research effort deliberately focused on finding answers on a topic for questions, asked by children, and by teachers. The goal of a project is not just to look for correct answers made by the teacher, but rather to learn about that topic.
Un proyecto es una investigación en profundidad de un tópico que vale la pena estudiarse. La investigación es llevada a cabo, normalmente, por un grupo pequeño de niños dentro de una clase, a veces por la clase entera, y en ciertas ocasiones, por un niño solo. La característica clave de un proyecto es el esfuerzo investigativo deliberadamente enfocado en encontrar respuesta sobre un tópico para preguntas, hechas por los niños, y por los maestros. La meta de un proyecto no es sólo buscar respuestas correctas hechas por el maestro, sino más bien aprender sobre dicho tópico.
The classroom project is an element that allows us to integrate the work in the classroom and relate experiences and expectations to the knowledge exhibited by the participants. It is not a closed plan, much less a prescriptive planning task.
El proyecto de aula es un elemento que nos permite integrar el trabajo en el aula y relacionar las experiencias y expectativas frente al saber que exponen los participantes. No constituye un plan cerrado ni mucho menos una tarea prescriptiva de planificación.
Los proyectos de aula constituyen los siguientes principios didácticos:
The classroom projects constitute the following didactic principles:
- Principle of Contextualization: from this principle it is assumed that no one learns in a cultural vacuum and that learning is significant in the case that the person doing it, does so from an interrelation of their previous knowledge about the object to be known and the cognitive conflict that makes possible the construction of a certain type of knowledge.
The interest of the teacher should be to know: what are these previous knowledge; how each child learns best; which activities will be more powerful to transform their representations.
- Principio deContextualización: desde este principio se asume que nadie aprende en un vacio cultural y que el aprendizaje resulta significativo en el caso que quien lo realice, lo haga desde una interrelación de sus conocimientos previos acerca del objeto a conocer y el conflicto cognitivo que posibilita la construcción de un determinado tipo de conocimiento.
El interés del profesor debe ser conocer: cuáles son estos conocimientos previos; cómo aprende mejor cada niño; que actividades serán más potentes para transformar sus representaciones.
Principle of Integration: privileges a holistic approach, responding to the how, emphasizing interpretation rather than explaining the facts. Hence, it is argued that things do not exist in isolation, but in relation and in the event.
The interest of the professor should be: to favor the development of competences on his capacity to act in the world; evaluate more than one level of execution, in order to respect the different learning styles.
In this way the pedagogical process should be directed not to a subject or content in itself, but to the integration of the needs and abilities of the students in the development of cognitive processes.
- Principio de Integración: privilegia un enfoque holístico, responder al cómo, enfatizando la interpretación más que la explicación de los hechos. De ahí que se sostenga que las cosas no existen aisladamente, sino en relación y en el acontecer.
El interés del profesor deberá ser: favorecer el desarrollo de competencias sobre su capacidad de actuar en el mundo; evaluar más de un nivel de ejecución, con el objeto de respetar los diversos estilos de aprendizaje.
De esta forma el proceso pedagógico debe dirigirse no a una asignatura o contenido en sí, sino a la integración de las necesidades y capacidades de los alumnos en el desarrollo de los procesos cognitivos.
Principle of Activity: knowledge is built on the interaction of personal and collective experience, of the social thought that actors have and of the set of symbolic and universal representations. Thus, knowledge is recreated and reconstructed permanently in objectivity and in relation to context. Hence, it is stated that knowledge is acquired directly by the experience of the event.
- Principio de Actividad: al saber se construye en la interacción de la experiencia personal y colectiva, del pensamiento social que tienen los actores y del conjunto de las representaciones simbólicas y universales. Así, también el saber se recrea y reconstruye permanentemente en la objetividad y en relación con el contexto. De ahí que se plantee que el conocimiento se adquiere directamente por la experiencia del acontecimiento.

El psicólogo Suizo Jean Piaget lo dijo en su teoría:
Los niños son como pequeños científicos en donde su entorno se convierte en su perfecto laboratorio.
Partiendo de este principio, considero que el científico tuvo una teoría del desarrollo infantil muy apegada a la realidad, exenta de juicios de valor a pesar de haber realizado su teoría con familiares.
El adulto, y sobre todo el docente tiene la labor de incentivar ese pensamiento curioso en todo niño, y es que un niño que no se le observe la capacidad de impresionarse o autodescubrirse a diario está pasando por alguna situación que se lo impide. Siempre debemos estar al tanto de eso para evitar que su imaginación se vea mermada, y más hoy en día que la imaginación y el ser positivo son tan importantes para el contexto venezolano.
The teacher must be trained daily, be constantly innovating, be aware of the national and international events, reviewing the academic knowledge, planning the activities that he will offer his children, be prepared to improvise if necessary; give interactive classes, which allow the participation of the group.
The teacher should promote and develop new study strategies.
