Sleep To Enhance Learning
We know that we cannot concentrate well when we lack of sleep.
We also know that we need to sleep when we are sick.
Many of us burned midnight oil when we were students to study and we even skipped the amount of hours of sleep to cover the amount time to study.
Matt Walker shared about the need to sleep to improve learning in Tedx Talk.
Lack of sleep can make a person look older than he should.
By having to sleep earlier, we may avoid eating supper and slim down easily.
As parents and teachers, we should encourage our children to get enough sleep to enable them to have better memory retention.
Create a healthy habit in our children early by getting them to sleep early each night.
