Hi Steemians! Education is a conscious effort of educators, learners, and other education customers to form a civil society. We foster education today is a non-formal education which is programmed by the village head to the intellectual life of the nation are eligible for the village children who must have high competitiveness. This time I was given the responsibility to make a final evaluation of the program. I can see our activity here:

We named this program by the name of Usman Bin Affan, one of the most exemplary figures of all the characters. We bring "character education" to the logo of this program, as the core of our activities that foster the moral character and performance character that they must meet. Read more.

From the results of the meetings we have held, we conclude that we will organize competitions in each subject we teach. We designed four competencies, that is intelligent meticulous, calligraphy and memorize juz 30 quran that we distributed into 2 groups. All that takes 9 hours which we distributed on 3 nights.

At first, this is not easy work, but teamwork makes all these responsibilities not difficult. We organize committees into groups, ie question-makers, protocol teams, session sessions consisting of village youth, reception sessions, MCs, consumption, and juries. All got their respective portions with various responsibilities. We do this without being paid by the village officials, we do it together.

Two large tents used for parties and two small tents are ready to be installed by the village youth. The chairs and tables are neatly arranged, the homemade podium and jury seats are transformed into a thrilling place for the participants in the contest. My village is a small village inhabited by 50 families. Although the small village I saw the great spirit of the villagers succeeded this event. Because 80% of the participants are their best children who will follow the competition. Counted 23 participants to win the first, second, and third champions ,,,,,, one hope, second hope and third expectation. This race earned a total prize of three million rupiahs, equivalent to $ 100 steam. Very small for you, but very valuable to the competition participants.

The sub-district head is invited for this simple event, but is represented by the newly appointed indigenous leader. Indigenous leaders are welcome to speech in order to convey the message sub-district and village heads of our praise. Through indigenous leaders, our village head was praised, he said.

"This village is the only village that uses village funds for character building early on, where other villages are more concerned with the development of the infrastructure than human resources. Characters embodied in good education will create a good community personality. Currently, children are busy with smart phones, games, and televisions, but the Saweuk village children are still busy with character development activities".

I see a lot of radiant and excited faces on our children who have been active in this event. A big smile for those who have won and who participated also get an envelope that contains a little coaching money so that their spirit of learning again in mid-July.

Conclusion

Evaluation we have done is a form of educational requirements that must be accountable to the village head and citizens. We really enjoyed the show and we saw a lot of excitement when the race was over, where they had been able to absorb the curriculum we had given. We have been able to make them brave to perform, it is our success to train their talents far from the civilization of the city. This is us villagers who want to move forward.
