My son's kindergarten started using smart board and ipad but of course a limited time per day. JUST to let them get the hang of it (as though they haven't known haha) but more of instilling them that ipad can be educative too despite the games and video children usually indulge in.

I LOVE GOOGLE doc too. But not for teaching purpose thought. FOR own's usage.

Incorporating technology in classrooms is essential as the generation now is in savvy tech world. Better to expose them to the correct tool than themselves explore and land into a wrong tool.
