From my own experiences, "disappointment" is very real, and it can also have true value, if it brings one to a realization/experience of greater Truth. However, I needed to face my disappointment, and be with it in contemplation, learning, drawing wisdom from my errors .. not disregard, deny it nor approach it from a perspective that 'everything is/was as it should be ... it was meant to happen' etc.
