TEACHERS ARE BORN NOT MADE
Teaching is not just a job. Teachers must be born to do their work the right way.
If you teach just for the sake of a job, you are in the wrong profession.
It is not the best paying job in the world, and it is not the easiest.
But it can be one of the most rewarding things that you ever do.
There is nothing more wonderful than to see a child that was sad and really struggling become a wonderful person because of a good teacher.
These children that we teach now one day has to run the world and for that reason it is so important to make sure that they are really in the right mind set and feel confident.
I loved this woman saying it is better to have +2 than -18.

Sometimes there are just those little moments that make the job worthwhile. Like when a student finally 'gets' that concept they've been struggling to understand for a few lessons.
