I have been silently watching all these games being made; and I have been introduced to P3C that this is based not only on games and although I find this concept is interesting, I am still not seeing the practicality use on it.
Because it is a POWH, if my limited understanding gathers P3C is exercising this concept to encourage
- Investors
- Long term investment
- keeping the capital inside and just enjoy the div in ETC.
My question is, what else can we use after we collect in ETC?
Is it just going to float in the trading area for fiat?
Then the growing dividens will eventually be overwhelming unless it is being reinvested into P3C and has it locked up as capital for more div.
So the whole flow is:
- Invest -> div -> reinvest (optional) or trade it out (optional) for more investors to come in?
ETC has many uses (like smart contracts) - though honestly I haven't looked into them much beyond HOLDing, trading for STEEM or cashing them out.
The growing dividends get re-invested or traded for fiat or STEEM or whatever else people do with ETC.
The game only works if there are people buying and selling into the smart contract. So yes, there need to be new investors coming in, or investors selling out (that pays you divs as well) or other ways to bring in ETC, like more games.
The practicality of it is if you believe in the project. If they are going to keep working on new products and projects then more people will join and the community will keep thriving. If the project developers stop working on it than it flops. It is a little like building a mutual fund with a group of people. Surely only practical if you believe in what is being built (and are right about it).
