We were very excited to see our group grow after our introduction post. Its nice to head over to discord and find a group of moms who all literally look at the world through different lenses, yet still accept and support each other.

Today I'm here to brag about some of our writers.

Our first highlighted Mama, @crosheille, shared with us techniques to relax our bodies. She is preparing for her next child, so she wrote the post around the idea of childbirth, but gave insight that can help anyone in any stressful situation (she is clear that birth is not a stressful situation).

She walks us through the process of paying attention to different parts of our body, and willing them to relax. Its beautifully written, and worth the time it takes to read.

Then visit @mumma-monza, she works with young children, and is raising her own, and can write posts that make you look into your chest. If you want to read something poetic, and real, make sure to pay that post a visit.

If you are curious about learning about edible wild plants

In this post @corrielaine takes the time to show us some of the food that is growing abundantly and naturally around her home. She also takes us to dreamland for a bit, and paints a pretty picture of her future.
