Oh my this looks delicious! Made me hungry and I just had dinner :) You are ahead of the game this week my friend. I can't believe how hard you are working...and still creating such amazing dishes to share with us, so impressive my dear friend!
Things are easier here with one of our staff back from leave, thank goodness! This really was an impromptu sandwich, therefore the handwritten sign! But thank you for your lovely comments, I still plan to do a proper sandwich entry;);)
