Hello, my steemit people. In this opportunity I bring you a recipe easy to make and simple to make. This preparation is to compete in #steemitsandwichconteste Week 55 which is sponsored by @jaybird.

Donuts stuffed with pastry cream and sugar

Ingredients:

• 1kg of flour.
• 15g of instant yeast.
• 75g of butter.
• 2 eggs
• 20g of milk powder.
• 10g of salt.
• 150ml of water
• 1 Liter of oil.

Preparation:

In a cup place the yeast with water and a pinch of sugar until the yeast is activated. In a bowl place the flour, salt and sugar, mix until all the ingredients are fully integrated. Place the water and milk in a pot. Bring to a boil for 5 minutes and finally add the butter. Mix all the wet ingredients with the dry ones. Work the dough for 20 minutes, knead until it is completely smooth. In a bowl of oil, let the dough rest until it doubles its size (for a period of 2 hours). Once the time has elapsed, make small peloticas with the palm of the hand of 30 grams each. Place on a tray with grease and let stand for 2 more hours before bringing to fry or roast.

We activate the yeast.

We mix everything dry.

Unite milk, water and butter, putting everything to heat until boiling.

We begin to unite the liquid with the solid.

Once everything is integrated, remove the mixture from the container and knead it.

Let the dough rest until it grows.

We extend the most and portion.

We go frying.

We fry until they are well browned.

Fill with pastry cream and decorate with sugar.
