SSC week 65 Buffalo Cauli Sub
So This is kinda basic but delicious. And my GF was thinking wing sauce so here is a way a vegan gets that done.
Buffalo Wing Sauce Cauli Sandwich
Ingredients
- Fried Cauliflower
Done beer soaked then tossed in flour, baked, then tossed in Sweet baby rays buffalo sauce.- Pepperanata A pepper stew with oil and sweet peppers.
- Arugula
- Coconut Ranch
So easy enough. Get your beer soaked cauliflower, toss in flower. Fry or bake this until crisp. Then drench in wing sauce. Bake a bit. Add on top of your bun, add pepporanata. Top with greens. I did this vegan, but my girl had ranch, cheese and a sprinkle of butter and it was great too. Its not that hard to move from meatless to vegan. Just try your cooking and health style.

Wow tasty looking sandwich. Vegan can be great food. Spicy is good for some my self I am already spicy enough. Lol

Coconut Ranch lol.. sounds questionable lol.
Sometimes all you need is something simple right!
The coconut ranch looks like real ranch after sitting for a week. But nonvegans always miss the cream.
