I noticed from your wallet that you powered up your account via sending STEEM to Blocktrades and returned back as Steem Power? There is no need to do that, you can just power up directly from your account and avoid losing anything in fees.

From your wallet --> STEEM --> Power up
That will convert your Steem (the amount that you set) to directly to Steem Power. No fee, as it remains in your account.
