The average normal temperature in adults is 37 degrees Celsius. However, everyone may vary 1 to 2 degrees lower or higher than normal. When the body temperature begins to reach 39 degrees Celsius, this is usually called fever.

Do not wear blankets

the whole point of fever & the increased body temperature is to weaken & kill the invading pathogen. so don't undermine yourself by trying to reduce a little fever. these tips are great for high fever. stay hydrated!
