WHAT I CAN DO TO PROMOTE STEEM

I want to thank the organizers of this contest. The entire crew of the steemjet community. @steemjetcontests and @steemjet. This opportunity does not only serve as a contest alone but also solves a unique problem I've been having promoting steemit.

There are various currencies, tokens, coins and alot more on the cryptocurrency market. I could recall the reactions of one of my crypto friends in school after joining steemit and the value of steem dropped. But today he has persuaded me to give him more advice on steemit and orientation.

So here's what I did and would do to promote steemit!

FIRSTLY, I would display my success, that is I would let my success speak: so many of us are fond of wearing a garment of poverty when we are rich so people don't bother us with their inquisitiveness and requests. The commitment I give to steemit amazes my coursemates that while in a conversation I'm always on my blog. That marvels them and equally gives them the perception that there's gain in it. My other coursemate who keeps promoting a crypto platform has never convinced a soul, why? It doesn't show on him. THE THING SPEAKS FOR ITSELF.

SECONDLY FLEXIBILITY:I had been and would keep on telling them that this package comes with flexibility. Being you, practicalizing you and promoting you. It's double ways... you earn and catch fun. So what have you got to loose? Nothing.

THIRDLY THE CONCEPT OF THE RISING AND FALLING OF VALUE: This is another point they have to understand. Anyone who comes up now and sees the price of an SBD and the procedures of earning half it might just walk away... one has to educate them on the future worth of it and need to save than running entirely from the media.

FOURTHLY THE ADVERT SYSTEM: as we all know advertisement brings people closer to a product. Spread the gospel on whatsapp, facebook, instagram, in school, in church, and any event present. This has been one of my ways and the ways to capturing members.

FIFTHLY RENDER SERVICES: selflessness. I have to render a service that will benefit the community as well as educate them. The individuals need to feel your service and that alone is enough motivation to keep them going.

SIXTHLY INVESTING MONEY: it is not easy to walk up to one who hasn't had breakfast since morning to talk them into steemit. They'll ask for food that moment. So, you have to develop this mindset of generosity and take that as an investment. But you need to let them know that this platform is a net serving for fishing purposes. One ought to put money into these services rendered.

SEVENTHLY BUILDING UP YOUR REPUTATION AND STEEMPOWER: OK this is a very important one. You bring someone to the platform and your upvote doesn't even add up anything on their post. You equally do not even earn well. What they see in you basically is what they feel they can get from the platform. Equally the saying that a blind man can't lead a blind man. You need a reliable steempower, reputation and audience to support those you bring into the platform.

With these few tips, the promotion would be effective. Don't forget it's not about getting one to create an account. But getting one to be committed, knowledgeable and invest on steemit.
