WHAT I CAN DO TO PROMOTE STEEM ( steemjet writing contest entry_Itzfeelinqx)

Hi....

Thanks to @steemjetcontest for the opportunity to express our Opinion on "what way As individuals we can promote steem"

WHAT IS STEEM

As we Know , Steem is a cryptocurrency which is used to power the platform Steemit. It is an incentivized blockchain social media platform; where Its  users create and curate different content on Steemit just like Reddit and get rewarded in Steem for their work.

However,  Unlike bitcoin and others which are minded, Steem is minded by creating  Meaningful post on a steem platform like steemit.

HOW DO I INTEND TO PROMOTE STEEM 

Steemit is a platform that advances to create not just Global but individual financial security. Financial security in the sense that individuals around the world with Skill talents in writing can curate and author different write ups and earn thereby creating financial security for themselves. It cuts the rate of Unemployments, inspire creativity amongst individual and nations in terms of Curation and authoring, And for me it boost the professionality of bloggers. 

Having a Platform like this, here are some things I would do to promote the currency used to power it:

-CREATING SENSIBLE AND MEANINGFUL POST

It Is no doubt that the content of a write up or article draws more attention to it or Withdraws attention from it. I would promote steem by authoring meaningful post; for it is the strength, quality, how knowledgible and well presented a post is that would add value to the platform hence promoting Steem.

-PRODUCING MINI STICKERS 

In light of promoting Steem, mini-stickers  can be produced and distributed to individuals from different facets of life. This would help create awareness and it will boost the credibility of the platform.  These printed Mini-stickers can be shared and distributed in schools, churches,  bus station etc. 

-THROUGH EVENTS,  SEMINARS,  TALK SHOWS AND FIESTAS 

"for you to gain something in return, you have to give something" 

Through Events or any of the listed above  hosted And sponsored by steemit, Steem Would be promoted.  For it will draw and pull crowds to itself through such hosting and display. Take our country,  Nigeria,   Youths tend to attend occasion where they get to spend less to enjoy more. 

-ORGANISING FREE GIVE AWAY

By Organising free give away for the first 10 through 20 persons that registers, we will be setting a big mark and boosting the platform thereby promoting steem. How?  If the newbies Go out and Relay their experience to others, they would come to gain the same experience.

-THROUGH SOCIAL MEDIA 

This Is done by educating your audience on "What steem is" and how important it is; Through shared links and follow ups. For it is one thing to share a Link and another thing is to know if the receiver follows it or neglects it... This is where the follow up comes in. You continue to intimate the person and give reasons why he/she needs it. 

-THROUGH ANIMATED VIDEOS, GIFS, AND ADS

Through Explicit Ads, great awareness would be created hence steem is promoted.  Reason being that the number Of internet usage increases by the day, therefore more individual are likely to see it. And ads company can be contracted for such practices. 

Through Displayed gifs, awareness creation would reach its peak.  Reason being that "we tend to pause and understand the content of the displayed gif" so if the gig was carefully and explicitly engineered it would boost steemit hence promoting steem.

Through Special animated video displayed on different channels, TV shows, social platforms etc a large crowd of Individual with questions can be assured of the safety and importance of steemit, thereby promoting steem. 

-THROUGH PRESS RELEASE 

In Our country Nigeria, it is observed that People tend to gather near Newspaper vendors to go through what and what the press has....therefore using a column in these release which may range from newspaper, magazines, fliers,  or even leaflet... More awareness can be attained and maintained. 

-THROUGH CUSTOMISED SHIRTS 

This Would act as a symbol to boost steem and maintain the already created awareness, thereby promoting steem.
