Trust is a vital element which cannot be expreesed except some ingredients are found in a man:
Competence
*-Integrity
-Commitment
-Reliability
-Sincerity
-Consistency

COMPETENCE
Before trust can speak for a person, his/her competency must speak first. Competence is the quality or state of being able or suitable for a particular task; the quality or state of being competent for a particular task. How competent a person is an esssential factor to consider before instilling trust.

INTEGRITY
This is known as steadfast adherence to a strict moral or ethical code. When a man is called a man of integrity, he does his things in exact manner it should be without any mistake. You must be a man of integrity before you can be trusted.

COMMITMENT
Commitment is being bound emotionally/intellectually to a course of action or to another person/other persons. When you are committed to whatsoever you are doing, you will aurely achieve it and your success will speak for you.

RELIABILITY
The quality of being reliable, dependable, or trustworthy is known as reliability. Being reliable, dependable and trustworthy all works for trust. Be reliable.

SINCERITY
The quality or state of being sincere; honesty of mind or intention; freedom from simulation, hypocrisy, disguise, or false pretense. Sincerity is a great virtue of a man. Being sincere has helped a lot of people to climb the ladder of success. You also need that sincerity to gain people's trust.

CONSISTENCY
Reliability or uniformity; the quality of being consistent. Consistency can be likened to persistency. Doing things often without trust.

The aforementioned virtues can help you in gaining people's trust.
