SEXISM

In the world today, people tend to be partial in regards to gender issues. This cankerworm has eaten deep into our society.
Today, at the ATM something happened. Something that made me see life differently. A young man who was standing on the queue left his lane and went to the adjacent lane and stood in front of a young woman who was there.
When she (the young woman) questioned the man, he gave her a very disturbing reply. Do you know what he said? He said," I pity the man that put you in his house as a wife".
Now I wonder what the poor woman did wrong to deserve this sort of public mortification.
This singular incident made me wonder about the place of women in this world. They say it's a woman's world , yet it is ruled by men. I wish I would wake up tomorrow morning in a world that treats male and female alike.
