How To Cook This Sea Food Like A Pro
Have you ever cooked this seafood?
This is a kind of scallop seafood, locally known as "sarad". Many abhor to cook this because of its strong fishy smell. But if you know how to do it right, you will come up with a nicely cooked seafood.
Here's my recipe.
Ingredients : (kindly see the pictures below)
How to do it:
- Half boiled the scallops with a drop of vinegar. The vinegar takes off the fishy smell.
It looks like this, after a 2 minutes boiling. Those yellowish thing that are floating around are the smelly sticky fishy thing.
2.Put it into a bowl. Personally I cut it into slices and took off the reddish thing.
3.Next, I used the following ingredients, heating the butter first on the skillet.
I sauteed it with the said ingredients at a low fire.
4.As an add-on ingredient, a drop of coke added to the taste instead of using the traditional sugar. A pinch of salt and magic sarap do the wonders too.
And so there it goes.
The yummy and spicy cooked scallops. 😋
