I think so, we were hitting 3K range yesterday until the exchanges froze up. BTC stays open 24/7 so there is a good chance it just blips out and then comes back. It will get down there, maybe not stay forever. Until things change, I can't expect BTC to trend up, which means more down. This is history in the making right now, it is unprecedented, the fear is high, risks unknown, it is the perfect storm for cheaper and cheaper BTC!!
