Man in Holland is trying to sell his house for 30 BTC

Sometimes you hear a cool feature of how Bitcoin is trying to migrate into normal life. Most of the time pioneers are the ones who are trying to get this done, and actually I am very confident that he will succeed in his journey this time.

The house market around the city of Eindhoven is densed, very densed. In 2030 a shortage of 4000 houses is expected and you can already feel this boiling up at this current point. Houses are being way over the bidding price, and are often not longer for sale than a couple of days.

Honestly, I am not too sure about this. Yes, the transaction of the fundings is done in a jiffy, but still notary costs have to be made to write over the house from one account to the other seems something that will not be easier done especially because the transaction is done in BTC, which will raise a lot of questions in by officials of every kind.

But still, the guys reasonings that this is the future are absolutely not questionable and we all as crypto enthusiastics know that he is doing the right thing, making the value of his house rise up to millions in the long term. My opinion: the dude is making a good move!!
