Tata has it's own unique currency know as ACN Running on TTC Blockchain and tata rewards users with Acn tokens (a cryptocurrency which can be traded to TTC and then to Bitcoin), the number of likes and comments you get on your posts on a daily basis determines your earnings which means the higher your heat points, the higher the ACN you receive and it will be distributed based on the heat points your post accumulates in the first 24 hours.

Reputation is also very important on TATA, on getting to reputation 30, users will have the opportunity to do some things other users don't have access to like reviews reports

Users are also restricted to a maximum of 100 likes daily, 5 post daily and 50 comments. When a user exceeds this limit the rest actions won't be counted when distributing the rewards

To be able to get the ACN reward on your wallet you have to pass a very simple kyc verification first on TTc connect using a government issued ID and a VPN or puffin browser if you are not in Asia then link the Ttc connect to your Tata profile, after verification to start getting and spending your reward

You can trade your acn to TTC using Tdex on TTC, ACN is only tradable to TTC via Tdex and inbuilt exchange on the TTC Blockchain that acts as the internal market for the acn/TTC trade just like the steem internal market for STEEM/SBD, TTC Is also been traded on bittrex.
