Staking LEO

Below is a chart that represents the daily movement of staking/unstaking of the LEO token.

02.jpg

Note
The first five days are excluded from the chart for better visibility. In those days there is a total of 1.6M tokens staked.

The LEO token has a great statistics on tokens staked. This trends still continues.

The chart for the last week looks like this.

03.jpg

Only one day of the week is in net negative tokens staked.

Here is the table.

Weekly DataLEO
Staked55,979
Unstaked23,254
Diference32,725

A total of 32725 more LEO tokens staked last week.

Below is the chart of the top 10 users that staked last week.

04.jpg

The no.1 is a LEO official account. It staked 15k LEO, after it is @steemstreems, with around 6k LEO staked, then @underground and @flipstar. Those have around 2k LEO staked in the las week.

Here is the overall chart on LEO tokens supply.

05.jpg

We can see that the staking is increasing over time, the liquid supply is going down. The burnt tokens also are taking a bigger share with the monthly burns showing the big drops. The sell wall is slowly disappearing. We are expecting another Sell Wall burn soon.

Below is a chart of the ratio staked/unstaked tokens, excluding the sell wall that at the moment have around 1.4 M tokens.

06.jpg

90% tokens staked
The share of tokens staked remains around the 90%. This is a great result having in mind that every week there is more tokens rewarded but the LEO users are staking them.
It seems that the LEO token found a balance around the 90% staked since this number is stable for more than a month now.

Out of the current supply 4.16M tokens, 2.49 are staked, 1.4M are in the sell wall and 0,27M are liquid.

Burning LEO

Burning tokens is an important metric as in a way it is a anti inflationary measure and it shows the use cases for the token or sinks.

07.jpg

The vertical Y axis is on a logarithmic scale for better readability. In the period analyzed a total of 728k tokens were burned. The large share of this 700k tokens are due to sell wall burn, and the nopal4you account of 100k tokens. The rest of 28k tokens are from the sinks for the LEO token. Waiting for some serious burning action in October.

Steemleo Users

Steemleo is slowly growing and we are proud of every new user that comes to our platform. Bringing new users outside the Steem ecosystem is our priority.

10.jpg

We can see that the majority of the posting still comes from other interfaces with the tag #steemleo, but there is a small increase in the last days on posts from steemleo.com

In the last period Steemleo is trying to incentivize users to post from the Steemleo interface rewarding authors who use the interface with vote from the @leo.voter.

These numbers are excellent. I think with all the sinks that are being offered, the burn rate is going to keep this token in a state of scarcity.

The fact that people are staking it shows a core group of committed people interested in making this place a huge success. Count me in on that one.

Lots of interesting stuff taking place. This is going to be a lot of fun going forward.

Staking is great. It has been around 90% for a long time, even though the payouts are liquid, and there was some accounts with large amount of airdroped LEO, that power down.

The user base is consolidating and there is a big possibility the numbers to become even better with time.

Loving the new daily staked chart and the price chart with volume. Keep up the great work.

Thank you for posting from the https://steemleo.com interface 🦁

Nice work!

I'm surprised more people aren't using the Steemleo.com interface but I expect that to change over time.
