This is exactly right. What you're saying here is the opportunity I see with tribes. It's about community ownership and creating something that the users themselves own. Once that message gets out and into peoples heads, and we get user experiences that are comparable, a centralized alternative won't stand a chance.
Exactly! I was just thinking about how we can take on centralized sites like Seeking Alpha. One way is in providing a medium of exchange for digital products between authors and users. Just imagine telling an author that they can sell their digital products on SteemLeo in exchange for the LEO token and a tiny 1-2% burn fee rather than giving up to a 50% cut to centralized orgs like Seeking Alpha. The opportunity is massive. We just need to focus on competing with their UX.
