Is this going to negate the stories that have already won? Those already won stories, part of the agreement as per the contests, are that they will be on the website. Will there then be two conflicting stories on the website for certain monsters?

no, these are all unofficial stories, generally. If they need new lore, they will use some of these stories/ideas from them, but it's not like that's a guaranteed prize in the contest.
