Creeping Oze
Creeping Oze is the only neutral card which costs 1 mana to deploy. This card has lots of use cases in the battle and that's why l think that this card is a unique and useful card. You can use this card to save your tank from first attack of enemy tank. In matches where mana capped to 15 - 17 you can use this card if you have 1 mana space left. Creeping Oze makes enemy slower which is easier to hit enemies. Because it's common card you can buy this card and level up without wasting a lot of money. Neutral cards can be used with any team and this card is also one of them. The best use case in my opinion is using this card at sneak mode because it costs only 1 mana and can attack from every position.
