Steem Monsters: A quest with Water splinter
Dear Steemians,
Today's chance with Steem Monsters quest was with Water Splinters and it was quite easy compared to the struggle I went through in couple of earlier quests.
So, the combination I had for most of the games is: FROST GIANT and WATER ELEMENTAL, yes, just 2 cards thanks to the MANA cap of 15 and those 2 cards were enough to win the quest for me.
The games are getting more and more competitive and as I said in previous blog, I need to keep myself below 3700 rating points to have a chance of winning the battles as most of my cards are at level 4 and doesn't give a chance to beat guys with level 6 or above if I stay above 3700 rating points.
So, the quest win means another booster pack and quite interesting cards although another gold card is missing from the packs since some time.
Here are the cards:
3 wonderful green splinter cards in FLESH GOLEM, MINOTAUR WARRIOR and STONESPLITTER ORC and each one of those are among the cards I use regularly.
PIRATE CAPTAIN is another card I use whenever I have battles with Water Splinter because of it's attack from outside the main card.
Life Splinter is not my cup of tea so far and hence SILVERSHIELD WARRIOR is not gonna make much contribution to my collection although it might be helpful in a upgrade of existing cards.
