Steem Monsters New Season Card Review - Phantom Soldier
In this series I'm taking a look at the new Beta Rewards Cards that you can add to your Steem Monsters collection, just for playing Steem Monsters
Phantom Soldier
Well this is one of those cards I'm never looking forward to opening. 8 mana is one of the highest drops in Steem Monsters and to get a 2 magic attack with flying is absolutely unplayable.
Summoning Cost = 8
I guess the idea behind the Phantom Soldier was he has Silence and Void in later levels but maxs out at 4 attack anyway. Still not enough for me to warrant it as a playable card.
On the upside he has a ton of health, but with no tank healer yet in the Death Splinter he is without the required support.
Maybe will see a Death Tank healer before this Rewards series is complete. In fact i am almost certain we will.

Recommendation: SELL

Death is my main team but I didn't get to use this card much yet but I will. The new card editions are very interesting and I look forward to seeing what ones are yet to be released.
