Crypt Mancer

Crypt Mancer is the cheapest legendary summoner after Selenia Sky. I would say that this is the less used legendary monster in the game. Though he don't give any advantage to his monsters he makes the enemy weaker and slower. When you use this summoner together with Undead Priest and Creeping Oze enemy will have - 2 health and - 3 speed which is great advantage over the enemy. In my opinion if you want to win fire team then using this card together with other death cards can help you to win fire easily. Though 16 usd isn't a cheap price to buy this card but it's still better than buying other legendary summoners for 25-29 usd.
