Next Up we have the Serpent of the Flame
This guy is not a high Mana but I feel like his abilities and stats outweigh his cost dramatically.
The serpent of the flame automatically starts out with a higher melee and increased speed due to the summoner so it is very fast. He also has some armor to help out with the defense since he will likely be on the front line. His abilities is where the advantage is.
Retaliate. Poison. Piercing.
The serpent is able to retaliate against the opponent whenever he is attacked so he will automatically respond with a chance of attacking if he is hit. With poison, every time he attacks there is a chance the enemy gets poisoned which will reduce their health at the beginning of every round. Lastly is the piercing ability which allows a monster to hit armor and then health in one attack when normally the armor absorbs the entire brunt of the attack for the turn. This can be a crucial ability for many monsters.
