I thought the point of these cards were to add value to the steem market.

So whats the point in making separate tokens that aren't even steem based which takes from the steem market.

    The tokens are backed by STEEM and offer a way to have an exchangeable token that can reflect the market and be in relation to other markets. This may also show how a (future) SMT may work.
