Ahoy! Thankyou for your kind words and care. I have been 'around', yes. :)
Connecting the higher self with lower self is key in having balance and life/survival and I am glad to have found ways to allow that and to open to more of myself in that process. The understandings gained through this process can also be applied to technology and all else too. In fact, the core of it is simply to understand that balance is where 'no part or aspect overpowers any other'.
