CALL TO ARMS

I want to start our Finance Wednesday with a CALL TO ARMS.

We need more people to become involved in getting STEEM/SBD listed on coins.ph

You can either contact them on their support chat or email their support. You can also make a tweet to coins.ph on their twitter accout HERE. (By the way, you might need a twitter account anyway for the “AIRDROPS” that you are signing into so might as well have one.)

You can also fill up the survey HERE, courtesy of @pinay. This is actually a survey for the new trading platform of coins.ph and basically aimed at traders. But if you are not a trader or don’t use that trading platform, CX or COINSPRO, you can still do the survey and just guess your answers (bato bato pick nyo na lang).

When you get to the part where it says or ask “What part of CX should have more features added to it?” pick “Cryptocurrency Pairs”. Another question will pop up “Which cryptocurrency pairs would you like to see in CX?”. Please put in STEEM/PHP and SBD/PHP pairs.

Thanks again @pinay

Benefit of STEEM/SBD listed on COINS.PH

I know some of you might be satisfied with blocktrades and I can understand that because it is the easiest and cheapest at the moment. But it was not always like that and no guarantee that it will still be like that in the future. Fees might go up to a ridiculous amount as we have seen before with BTC and ETH. You are also losing money with the low exchange rates from STEEM/SBD to BTC/ETH/BCH.

If STEEM/SBD is listed on coins.ph you are not losing anything because there will be no fees when transferring to coins.ph (assuming coins.ph will not charge fee).

I know I might sound like a “broken record” kept on repeating myself but it is for you and for everybody’s benefit if we are successful on getting STEEM/SBD listed on coins.ph

RECAP

Let us have a recap on what we have been discussing or talking about on Finance Wednesday.

We talked about FINANCIAL FREEDOM and EXTRA INCOME. You can read the full article HERE

Who Managed To Cash Out Their AVINOC?

I hope some of you were watching it because the price dropped in just a matter of minutes. If we look at the chart with a daily candle the price of AVINOC went from $0.81 to $0.03 in less than 3 days!

Hahaha my AVINOC is now only worth $9….. oh well I guess we HODL

However, it only took me 5 to 10 minutes to do the tasks for the airdrop so yeah $9 for 10 minutes is not bad at all.

There were some people who were disgusted about the project because they found out that it was not a good project and it is more likely a joke. This finding of theirs made them to decide not to get on the airdrop.

I just want to make some key points regarding this.

  1. You are not investing in it so don’t waste your time researching it.
  2. You are in it for the free money (airdrop), whether you get it or not should not matter.
  3. If you are paranoid of sharing your other social media accounts, create some fake ones or other accounts that don’t have your personal information and use those accounts for airdrops.
  4. Be content. If you missed the highest price and you decide to sell your token at a much lower price, you should not get too upset because that is free money. If you don’t need it yet leave it in your wallet, you never know it might go up again or it could go down further. But hey you got nothing to lose because you had nothing invested in it.

REFERRALS

Referrals are other ways of earning free money. I actually hi-jacked this column just to make an example. Do you see the links on them? Those are referral links, when people wanted to join or check whatever you were talking about in your article or post, they will definitely click on those links for easy access. And in return you are getting referrals and earning money from it.

There is a great money to be made with referrals especially with exchanges like BINANCE because they pay 20% commission. For example you managed to refer a person who trades a lot then you are getting 20% commission from the fees.

Our own COINS.PH is another good example. Every referral you make you get 50 pesos and your referral will also get 50 pesos.

I am not saying you go and sign up to all those exchanges so you can get referrals but if you are using it anyway, why not utilize their referral programs to get extra money.

The best thing for signing up to most of the exchanges especially with the popular ones is that whenever you get in on an airdrop, they will not tell you where it is going to be listed. This means if you are chasing your token from an airdrop and it is listed to an exchange where you don’t have an account yet, you will have to do all the trouble of signing up to that exchange anyway.

So, why not put all those referral links left, right and centre especially if you are writing an article or blog related to it.

Those referral links are another great way of earning extra cash.

What is 1 SBD worth in the Philippines?

This post of @artgirl is what sparked the “CALL TO ARMS” I wrote at the beginning of today’s Finance Wednesday column.

I did not see her post on steemit at first but I saw her tweet to coins.ph with her video explainer and her link to her steemit post.

She included an instructions on how to convert your steem/sbd into pesos and on her research it is the cheapest and easiest way of doing it.

What I like the most on her article is where she pointed out what you can buy with 52 pesos. That is only 1 SBD at today’s rate. This is the reason why Filipinos should get more involved with steemit and utilise the free upvotes that are offered by the communities.
