Finance Wednesdays with @steemph
Here comes another hump day, so it's time for the Finance Wednesday.
It has been a busy month last month and also the past few weeks. We haven't been home for about 3 months and the yard work needed done took most of our time.
I work at the mines. We are renting a house near my work but we have a house at the main city. So we decided to sell the property at the city. We did the cleaning so we can get someone to appraise it. We were not optimistic about the price because we know that the housing market is down at the moment. After the appraisal, our assumption was right. If we sell now we will be losing about 40K, that's how bad the market is right now. The only thing we can do is HODL a bit longer. Maybe we will get it rented out.
