The Post on DTube interface from SteemPlus is not scalable ~ scroll bar not working

I was unable to upload and post a video to DTube using the SteemPlus interface. The scroll bar does not work, preventing me from hitting the "POST" button ~ the form is not scalable either. Great beginning, but sorry to say it's useless on a desktop ~
