Instead of the fourth week analysis, why dont just give me the exact amount to power up for the fourth week.

And to calculate your amount, go to https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/14tsbfTIls2rugyMKANJMDXw33oP-CDEwvKExlhGa5dc/edit?usp=sharing and select the days that you are on. You are week 3 so thats day 15-21 and fill in the data for your SP range so it would be 0.189 for you this week.
If am right, i already powered up for week three, but i will do it again, no problem, i showed you in last week screenshot. Some of this things just ain't simple as you lay it out in the excel sheet.
