According to Arias (1999) the descriptive research “…consists on the characterization of a phenomenon, fact, an individual or a group, with the purpose of establishing its behavior or structure…” (p.24). The following is a descriptive research because it will describe a actions in a group (how is the used of dysphemism by youngers eastern). In my research I will use Ethnography because is a design of inquiry coming from anthropology and sociology in which the researcher studies the shared patterns of behaviors, language, and actions of an intact cultural group in a natural setting over a prolonged period of time. Data collection often involves observations and interviews.

Polit and Hungler (2006) refer to the population as “…an aggregate or totality of all the objects, subjects or members that conform to a set of specifications…” (p.43) In this study the population is represented by a younger and his group of classmates.

The sample of our research will be represented by the totality of the population, because the number of students is not high. We will be studying a total of 20 participants.

According to Arias (1999) the instruments and techniques for data collection are “…the several means or ways to obtain information…” (p.25) In this research, the information will be gathered by using direct observation, questionnaires and non-structured interviews. The observations will be written down and analyzed. The interviews will be recorded and then transcribed for further analysis.
