Monochromatic view | Black and white photo session

I have always enjoyed black and white photography. This past week I had the opportunity to go to Parque del Este in Caracas and using a GoPro Hero3+ camera I made this series of photos altering a little the color parameters, especially the contrast... to create these very contrasted images that enhance the shadows and textures of the elements.

In addition to the aesthetic treatment, I set out to reframe and trim the photographs in order to obtain landscape shots in an even more horizontal aspect ratio than usual, so that each photograph would give the impression of being a panoramic one.

Concrete labyrinth

Geometric shapes have always been one of my favorite motifs to photograph, seeing the labyrinth I took the opportunity to put "on film" the image that make up their lines.

Swing in motion

From this photo what I like the most is that I was able to capture the moment when the swing is in motion although nobody was using it, the angle in which I took the photo was achieved by climbing a tower of metal tubes.

In the shade of the trees

These beautiful trees generate an extensive shade where park visitors can sit and enjoy contemplating the playful landscape that is presented around them. The perspective that is formed by these is very pleasant.

Almost a savannah

As we are in the rainy season, many parts of the park have high grass that generates a very pleasant sound as the breeze passes by. For the children it was like running on a savannah.
