Do You Lack Motivation?
Do you sometimes feel you do not want to do anything for your business? If the answer is yes, apparently you lack motivation and you need them to get back. Some people may say that you are just too lazy to work but they are wrong. In this post, I am going to give you some simple tips on how to get your motivation back.
1. Discipline yourself.
Would you be surprised that if I tell you that you do not need that to get things done? Instead of motivating yourself, you should develop a habit of discipline. You should push yourself no matter how you feel to finish what you have started.2. Know your reason why.
There is a saying that everything you do has a reason. By that, it means you have a reason why you decided to start or join a business. It can be because of money, for yourself, and for your family. Whatever they are, use them whenever you lack motivation as your inspiration.3. Have a reward and think of that while you work.
Whether you admit it or not, you wanted to be rewarded for a job well done. For example, in any kind of regular job, your boss told you and your co-workers that he would give a special bonus to a hard-working employee. So after hearing that, what would you do? Of course, you would really work hard because you are motivated by the reward which is a special bonus.The same thing goes, of course, when you have a business except you are going to be the one who would reward yourself. Before you start working in your business, think of any prize you would want to get if you finish it. It can be a massage, Netflix or Youtube marathon, going to the movie, or anything that is relaxing to you. Then use that as your motivation. Apparently, this one is temporary or short-termed but it does really work.
