Prolog 前言
Let's talk about food. I had my protein shake this morning early in the morning. On every Monday, I will usually grab a cup of coffee and a piece of Apam from the Indian shop. Today since I already had my protein shake, I wasn't going to eat anything until lunch. Guess what, they already make one apam for me and put it on my table. What can I say? Get them to bring it back because I did not order? I felt bad that I've been allowing them to push food to my table. I should have been firm enough to tell them off, the next time if they serve me more, I'm not going to pay for it. anyways, I ate it and drink my coffee still. Lunch was done with the famous wanton noodle at PJ State. 今天说一下吃的习惯。今早起来第一件事就是灌了一大杯水,然后再加上一大杯奶昔。不过,基本上每个星期一我到公司附近的印度餐馆,就会点一杯咖啡和一片煎米饼。本来我是想到既然喝了奶昔就可以把早餐跳过,哪知印度哥哥兴高采烈的抱着一大片煎饼给我。我还能怎样?身为这里的常客,印度哥哥也特地为我准备了食物,如果叫他收回去我也觉得过意不去。看来我是真的要向他们讲一下实话,我真的只是来喝一杯咖啡就算了。然后没多久就到午饭时间了,还吃了一大碟云吞面。
Workout 运动
It was in a rush since the dinner appointment is at 7:30pm. By the time I reached hom alraedy 6:45pm. I need to quickly get down and do my workout so I can have enough time to shower and go to the restaurant. I took the first 2 minutes plank as my warm up, after that did some stretching and finally did my 50 push ups. I break them down in 3 sets this time. First with the 30 push ups, followed by twice 10 reps with some small interval break. I am beginning to enjoy the pump when I do the exercise.
今天下班回到家已经六点四十五分了,距离晚饭时间的七点半还不到一个小时。所以我就尽快做了一下运动来交功课。我是直接用平板支撑当热身运动。热身完毕就开始跳一下舞做一下伸展运动避免拉伤自己。伸展完毕就开始做掌上压50次。我讲这个五十次分三批进行。第一批30,第二第三都是做10次,期间还有间休一下不会太辛苦。话说,我觉得我又爱上了这一种心跳加速的运动了。
