Prolog 前言

Tuesday again. As I shared with you all, Tuesday blue is bound to happen to me due to nature of the business I'm involving. So damn many complaints and chasing for refund. As I was feeling a little dizzy breathing the office air, and walk to the common area out of my office. From here look down, is exactly where the road I'm crossing everyday. A cop car was beeping and warning the cars infront, guess what the car infront make a tire burnout and causes smoke. Whilst the cops are in a shock, the front car shoot off and vanished between traffic. What a marvelous show before lunch. Since it's a blue Tuesday, I didn't go far and head to my favorite Janova Resturant again for lunch. Vegetarian lunch for today. With coffee and a big stack of rice, it only cost RM10.10 上次有和大家分享过，由于我的工作性质比较特殊，所以我的星期二通常都比星期一较忙。今天也不例外，一直接投诉电话，保险退款/索偿等阿忙得不可开交。正当我在办公室里一直呼吸着不循环的空气觉得头昏时赶紧冲了出去，到大堂前面的落地窗看下去我几乎每天都过的马路。这时正好有一辆警车一直鸣笛要求前面的车辆让路，前面的竟然开始燃烧轮胎好像要去竞走一样，导致冒了一大堆白烟。顿时觉得后面那辆警车应该也是被突如其来的吓尿了，在警车还没来得及反应是，前面那辆车好像弓箭一样直射了出去，然后消失在车笼之中。没想到吃中饭前还上演这么一幕精彩的挑拨警车案件。由于蓝色星期二，我也不想走太远所以直接在公司附近的印度店去吃个午饭。今天由于都是拿素料和菜，加了一杯咖啡还只不过十块一毛。算是很便宜嘞

Workout 运动

Dinner was set in Subway at the nearby Tesco due to heavy rain causes bad traffic. Hence that left me not much time to do my workout, and settle with a small combination of planks and push ups. Total 2 minutes planks and 50 reps of push ups, just enough to get me started to sweat. Speaking of which, don't you find my face look like Hong Kong TVB actor Bobby AuYong?
今天的晚餐，由于外面下大雨导致严重堵车，没办法的情况下只好到附近的购物中心去吃个赛百味。吃完晚餐后，剩下的时间也不多了，回到家都想睡觉了。今天就来一个简单的组合运动，先来个两分钟的平板支撑，然后再来一个50次掌上压，刚好开始冒汗是最爽的时候。话说，图中的我是否与香港无线欧阳震华很像呢？
