The teacher should know each of the students either individually or in groups. The strategy of a new teacher in the classroom is also based on new technological advances, it must know when and why new methods of learning must be implemented. It must be taken into account how and when the student should be guided. This is applied by means of an instructor or guide teacher. These strategies of a new teacher in the classroom should work and be used appropriately.
1.- PREPARE YOUR EVALUATION PLAN
A teacher prior to teaching a class must plan to organize and then execute the content within the classroom. The student must be provided with new educational developments.
2.-PREPARE TEACHING RESOURCES
The teacher must choose the material or resource with which he will work, we must implement and adapt the didactic resource, and that is used in order that the student become more involved in the activities.
3.-STIMULATING THE STUDENT
As teachers we must look for new methods to excite or motivate the interest in the students, for the subjects. Strategies should be sought to arouse interest in the student, through games and activities, and thus make the class more fun.
The student must be the protagonist of the class, the student must have an opinion, or ask questions without being inhibited at any time, they must be participants in the activity that is taking place in the classroom.
4.-TEACHING THE STUDENT
The teacher must give all the necessary content, must guide the student as soon as the activities are concerned, as long as they use the new resources that will be used in the classroom. The teacher should not only focus on teaching new knowledge, he should help the student build his own imagination.
The teacher must innovate and create new evaluation plans and put them into practice with their students. Teachers must meet new professional roles and in turn achieve the expected objective in each of their students.
The teacher can also play and provide new meaningful learning experiences and thus be able to develop and build a society positively.
As a teacher we must be dynamic and proactive when giving a class. Set yourself well in the objectives that will be given in the classroom and work hard to achieve the goal. We must take the initiative on your own acts, that is, as teachers assume and be aware of what your responsibilities are.
