I know exactly what are you talking about, I am not much in religion myseld but I do like to relax and to feel the world that is all around me. By being aware how huge the world is and by being aware that we all are somehow connected to a net that unite us all, allows me to carry on my daily activities with easyness. Just as you said "as if there is no friction in the air".
When things feel rather difficult, I usually go out and workout a little bit. What do you do when things are as smooth as we wish?
