心理暗示
再关于心理暗示，举一个例子，你就会明白了。
比如说你要减肥。为什么很多人减不下来呢？当然除了他的计划和执行有很大的问题，还有一个原因，就是减肥的时候你会想减肥这两个字，想着想着就把重点放在那个“肥”字，越减越肥，你的潜意识就认为自己肥。
那就会影响你。如果说你把减肥改成另外一个词，比如说瘦身。这个时候你的感觉就不一样了，因为你的注意力聚焦在瘦身这两个字。
减肥和瘦身。这两个词你更喜欢哪一个？很多人当然更喜欢瘦身吗，瘦身多好听啊，所以你要改变自己的思维和这种能量的时候，你就应该多换一些积极的，就是心理上去暗示自己往积极的方面走。

因为你想要心想事成，你就把这些注意力调节到你想要的状态。
这件事情做成了之后的想象一下，那个感觉是什么，只要你的频率对了，你做这件事情，就很容易做成。
所以大家可以每天早上起来的时候暗示一下自己，说，我今天不错，我今天要做什么事情，我认为我是一个非常不错的人，所以我今天要比昨天更加进步。
就是时时刻刻要给自己一些这样的积极的暗示，非常有利于你去排解你的消极情绪，也非常有利于你去调整你自己的能量。
因为你要调节你的能量，那你肯定往高的地方走。那怎么调节呢，就是靠你积极的潜意识去调节，这个就显得尤为重要了。
