「探店」A Nice Japanese Restaurant 和风寿司店

These days I have been busy preparing for our wedding, so seldom do I have time to cook a meal at home. This nice Japanese restaurant visited by @mrpointp and me frequently. The delicious food there is of high quality, so I can't wait to share these dishes with you.

Octopus Ball

This is one of my favorite snacks, and every time I go to a Japanese restaurant, I always order it. Octopus ball, also known as tokoyaki, originated in Japan and mainly consists of octopus ingredients, octopus burning powder, seaweed and octopus sauce, etc. (Actually, the way to make it varies from restaurant to restaurant).

Cucumber Hoso-maki

Among all kinds of sushi, cucumber rolls are easy to make. We can find the ingredients in the market easily, usually seaweed chips and cucumber. There is no such special flavor, but it tastes really refreshing.

Super Spicy Ramen

It's a kind of famous Japanese ramen. Inside it are seaweed, fungus, egg and beef. The soup is spicy but delicious. If you are not used to spicy food, you'd better not drink the soup.

Hand-rolled Salmon

I don't like sashimi, but salmon is OK for me, especially wrapped in seaweed slices. And there is no fishy smell. Usually I add some mustard mixed with soy sauce to this hand roll.

California Roll

To make California roll, you need to spread the rice on the seaweed slice, and then reverse the seaweed to wrap the ingredients, like crab meat and cucumber. I have tried to make California roll myself before. Compared with the one made by me, this California roll is so delicate.

Japanese-style beef with rice

This Japanese-style beef with rice is a favorite of @mrpointp. Since he doesn't like sushi, he always order this dish every time he goes there. By the way, the free soup also tastes good.

这几天忙于筹备婚礼基本上都没在家做饭，所以都在外面吃。@mrpointp和我经常光顾这家日料店。味道满意，性价比也高，所以迫不及待地想给大家分享我们今天的美食。

章鱼小丸子是我最喜爱的小吃之一，也几乎是我去寿司店必点的一道美食。章鱼小丸子又名章鱼烧，起源于日本，成份主要是章鱼，章鱼烧粉，海苔，章鱼烧酱等（不过每家餐厅的做法稍有不同）。

青瓜细卷应该是所有寿司中不那么难做的寿司，需要运用的食材也比较容易买到，通常是海苔片和黄瓜。没有特别的味道，尝起来比较清爽。

地狱拉面是日本著名拉面的一种，里面加入了海苔，木耳，鸡蛋和肥牛，烫味鲜美。如果不太能吃辣的话，最好还是不要喝汤。

我不太喜欢吃生鱼片，但是可以接受三文鱼，尤其是包裹在海苔片里面，腥味不会那么大，通常我会蘸一点芥末和酱油。

加州卷的做法通常是把米饭铺在海苔上，再反转以海苔那一面包裹食材，再加入蟹肉和青瓜。我自己也尝试过做加州卷，但完全没有上图我们吃到的这份加州卷那么精致。

这份日式牛肉饭是 @mrpointp的最爱，由于他不喜欢吃寿司一类食物，所以几乎每次去那里吃饭他都会点它。另外，这份饭配送的汤也很美味。
