Income tax to sales is a meaningless metric. As in, literally gives you no useful information. Different businesses have different cost structures.

Taxes are paid on profits, with adjustments made through credits. So that is where any analysis needs to begin.

So you might argue that the 444 GBP administrative expense is illegitimate. That's possible. If there are misstatements or illegal games being played to lower the profits artificially then that's a reasonable point of contention.

Chances are though that everything was done legally. That's what the corporate lawyers are paid for.
