In search of mushrooms - barbuda (coprinus comatus)
A few days ago, after the last rains I could go out in search of some mushrooms and mushrooms, since in this part of Spain where I live, the necessary conditions for their formations are given. The truth was not to find any new species unknown to me, normally they always leave the same area, but I was wrong ...
I was lucky enough to meet these pretty showy mushrooms, after asking some people who know more about the subject than I did and to show them the catches I could take they gave me some information about it.
Its scientific name is Coprinus comatus, here it is known as matacandil or barbuda, it is a mushroom of the order Agaricales. It grows in grasslands and also on roadsides. It is considered an exquisite food, even raw, if consumed on the same day it is harvested.
