Salade barquitas
La cuisine à la maison c'est aussi accommoder les restes.
Plus assez de pico de gallo pour tout le monde. Une petite salade que je sert dans des barquitas tortillas.
Il suffit de faire revenir environ 300 grammes de bœuf haché et de la rajouter dans la salade pico de gallo.
Bien mélanger.
Rouler quelques feuilles de salade pour former un cigare et l'émincer vous obtiendrez une chiffonnade de salade.
Faire réchauffer les barquitas 20 secondes au micro-ondes.
Garnir chaque barquitas avec un peu de chiffonnade et de salade à la viande. Mélanger avec une pince. Je rajoute un peu d'avocat pour donner un peu de douceur.
C'est prêt.
Pour les manger comme un sandwich il faut pincer les deux bords supérieurs en essayant de refermer le tout mais cela reste un peu périlleux pour les chaussures...
